Cookie policy
Edition of November 2, 2026 · version 1
This policy explains which cookies and other browser data the site zennio-kz.kz uses, why, and how to manage your choice. The operator is Service Communications Almaty LLP (BIN 041040001235). It complements the Privacy policy and follows the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Personal Data and Their Protection» No. 94-V of 21 May 2013. This is a translation: if the versions differ, the Russian text prevails.
1. What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small record the site keeps in your browser; the browser sends it back to the site with the next requests.
Browser storage (localStorage, IndexedDB) keeps data on your device only: by itself it sends nothing to the server. The site uses it, for example, to remember your configurator list.
2. How we ask for consent
On your first visit a banner appears at the bottom of the page with three equal buttons: «Accept all», «Necessary only» and «Customise». You can use the site without answering: until you choose, no optional cookies are set.
- «Necessary» — always on; without them the site cannot remember your choice, your configurator list or your cabinet sign-in;
- «Site analytics» — our own visit statistics, the data stay on the site's server (section 4);
- «Google Analytics» — Google's statistics, the data go to Google LLC (section 5). It is a separate choice: you may allow our analytics and not Google.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a refusal: the banner is not shown and the optional categories are off. You can switch them on yourself in «Cookie settings».
Your choice is kept in the zkz_consent cookie for 12 months. After 12 months, or when this policy changes materially (a new version), the site asks again.
3. What works without consent
Necessary cookies and browser data: the zkz_consent cookie with your choice (no identifier), the configurator list, the edit keys of lists saved in this browser, catalogue filters. In the partner and admin cabinets — the Firebase Authentication sign-in data and an activity mark for the automatic sign-out. The full list is in section 6.
An anonymous page view counter. Without cookies and without any identifier the site's server counts a page view: the page address, the channel you came by (search, an AI assistant, a social network, a messenger, a link on another site, a direct visit, campaign tags), the device type (computer, phone or tablet) and the page language. Views are linked neither to each other nor to you; the IP address is not stored.
To leave out repeats and robots and to estimate the number of visitors per day, the server keeps a hash of the IP address and the browser with a random «salt» in memory for one day; the salt changes daily and is never written anywhere, so the hash cannot be linked to you or to another day.
4. Site analytics (with your consent)
The site's server sets the zkz_vid cookie — a random identifier of this browser. Page scripts cannot read it (HttpOnly); it lives 13 months from its creation and is not renewed.
With this identifier we see the visits of one browser: pages and the time on them, scroll depth, where a visit came from (the referring site, UTM tags, the name of an ad click identifier — never its value), actions on the site (taps on WhatsApp, phone, e-mail and the map; adding to the configurator, «Share», PDF and Excel exports; opening Zennio documentation; search queries in the catalogue and in the picker; switching the language; starting a video; integrators' contacts on the «Partners» page; visits to other sites), how fast pages load for you (Web Vitals), the country, region and city by IP address, the device type, operating system, browser, language and screen size.
The data are kept on the site's server and not passed to third parties. Detailed records are deleted after 13 months; daily summaries without identifiers are kept for up to 5 years.
If you signed in to the partner cabinet on this device, the site visit statistics of this browser are linked to your account: the site administrator sees which company viewed the site.
Withdrawal: switch «Site analytics» off in «Cookie settings» — the data of this browser on the server are deleted at once and the zkz_vid cookie is removed.
5. Google Analytics (with a separate consent)
This is Google Analytics 4 of Google LLC. Its script loads only after consent to the «Google Analytics» category; until then not a single request goes to Google. On the devices of staff who signed in to the admin cabinet Google Analytics never loads.
Google receives visit data (pages, device, browser, the IP address of the request) and sets the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies for 13 months. Google processes the data, including on servers outside the Republic of Kazakhstan (cross-border transfer). Google's advertising features and signals are off.
How Google processes data: Google's rules, policies.google.com/privacy.
Withdrawal: switch «Google Analytics» off in «Cookie settings» — the site stops sending data to Google and the _ga cookies are removed from the browser. Data already sent are processed by Google under its rules.

7. City by IP address
For the statistics you agreed to, the country, region and city are found by IP address in an offline geolocation database on the site's server at the moment of the request. The IP address is not stored in the statistics and not sent anywhere; no external geolocation service is used.
Geolocation data: IP Geolocation by DB-IP, Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.
8. Map and video on click
The Google map on the «Contact» and «About» pages loads only after a click on «Show interactive map»; before that a map picture from our server is shown.
YouTube videos in the site's materials load only after a click on play, in youtube-nocookie mode; before the click a still from the YouTube server (i.ytimg.com) is shown. After the click Google's rules apply.
9. How to change your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the «Cookie settings» button here or at the bottom of any page of the site.
You can also delete the cookies and site data in your browser settings. Without the necessary data the site forgets your choice and your configurator list, and you will have to sign in to the cabinet again.
