Privacy policy

1. General provisions

The operator of personal data is Service Communications Almaty LLP («we»). The policy covers every page of the site zennio-kz.kz and its cabinets. Cookies and browser data are described in detail in the Cookie policy.

Policy version 1. While using the site you can change your consent to optional processing at any time in «Cookie settings».

3. Which data we process

Every visitor:

• technical request data — IP address, browser, the requested address: the server processes them to deliver the page and to protect the site from overload (request rate limits). The site statistics never store the IP address;
• web server logs — for security; kept no longer than this purpose requires;
• an anonymous page view counter — page address, channel, device type and language, without cookies and identifiers (see the Cookie policy).

With your consent to «Site analytics»: a random browser identifier in the zkz_vid cookie; the pages viewed, the time on them and scroll depth; where a visit came from (referring site, UTM tags); actions on the site — taps on contacts, work with the configurator, opening documentation, search queries in the catalogue and in the picker, switching the language, starting a video, visits to other sites; page load speed; the country, region and city found by IP address on our server; device type, operating system, browser, language and screen size.

With your consent to «Google Analytics»: the visit data Google Analytics 4 collects (pages, device, browser, the IP address of the request, the identifier in the _ga cookie).

Configurator: the product list is kept in your browser. When you share the list, send it to a manager or export it to PDF or Excel, the list (references, quantities, room names) is saved on the site's server under a code that opens it. No contact details are asked for.

Messages via WhatsApp, phone or e-mail: what you tell us yourself — to answer you.

Partners and administrators: the account e-mail; the company profile (shown on the «Partners» page only if the partner turned it on); specifications and orders; the cabinet activity log. Sign-in is done through Firebase Authentication (Google). If a partner signed in to the cabinet on a device with consent to «Site analytics», the site visit statistics of this browser are linked to the partner's account.

4. Purposes

• technical data — the operation and security of the site;
• site analytics and Google Analytics — to learn which pages and materials are useful and where visitors come from, and to make the site more convenient and faster;
• configurator — to save a list, open it by its code and pass it to a manager at your request;
• messages — to answer you;
• partner data — the work of the cabinet: specifications and orders.

5. Legal grounds

Consent — for «Site analytics» and «Google Analytics»: given in the banner and withdrawn there, in «Cookie settings».

Performance of the agreement with a partner and answers to requests — for cabinet data and messages.

Requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan — where the law obliges us to keep or pass data.

6. Retention

• detailed site analytics data — 13 months, then deleted; daily summaries without identifiers — up to 5 years;
• records of banner decisions (date, policy version, the chosen categories — without IP address or browser) — 25 months;
• your choice in the zkz_consent cookie — 12 months, the zkz_vid identifier — 13 months;
• partner data — while the account exists and for the periods set by law.

7. Recipients

• Google LLC — Google Analytics data (only with your consent) and the cabinet sign-in (Firebase Authentication), including servers outside the Republic of Kazakhstan (cross-border transfer);
• WhatsApp — when you write to us there yourself;
• Google (map) and YouTube (video) — only when you click «Show interactive map» or start a video; a video still is loaded from the YouTube server before the click.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass them for advertising. Site analytics data stay on the site's server.

8. Where data are stored

Site analytics data, saved configurator lists and cabinet data are stored on the site's server.

9. How we protect data

The site works over HTTPS only; access to data is separated by role (a partner sees only their own documents); the statistics hold no IP addresses; request rates are limited; the database is copied regularly for recovery.

10. Your rights

Under Law No. 94-V you have the right to know whether we hold your personal data, to receive information about their processing, to demand that they be changed and supplemented, blocked and destroyed, and to withdraw your consent.

At once and without a letter: «Cookie settings» — withdrawing the consent to «Site analytics» deletes its data of this browser on the server.

11. Changes

When the policy changes we publish a new edition with its date and version number. If the categories, recipients or purposes change, the site asks for your consent again.

12. Language

The policy is written in Russian. This English version is a translation; if they differ, the Russian text prevails.
