About the Presentia C MultiSensor

The Presentia C MultiSensor is a Zennio ceiling presence detector that adds humidity and CO₂ sensors, a CO₂ controller and two inputs to the Presentia C v2^[1][2]. Its zones match: at 2.7 m, Ø 30 m for movement across the zone and Ø 10 m for presence. It supports KNX Data Secure; for a Secure factory reset, connect it to the bus with the programming button held (safe mode), then hold the button 10 s until the LED changes^[2].

The CO₂ sensor reads 400–2000 ppm; for correct readings the room is aired once a week. Temperature is measured to ±0.8 °C and humidity to ±6% RH, with ±0.25% drift a year^[2]. The CO₂ controller drives ventilation in configurable levels; its setpoint and thresholds are set by objects within 500–2000 ppm^[3]. Humidity also gives the dew point; for a condensation alarm the device compares it with a surface temperature sent over KNX^[3][4].

The inputs work as a push button or contact, an external temperature probe, or a single or dual motion detector^[3]. The Ø 84 × 47 mm housing mounts on the surface or in a Ø 40 mm ceiling hole; it draws 8.4 mA from the bus and works at 0 to +35 °C^[2]. If you need neither CO₂ nor inputs, we will offer the basic Presentia C v2.
