About the GetFace IP

The GetFace IP basic unit is the core of a Zennio IP intercom door station: a call button, a 2 W speaker and a built-in microphone, and on the ZVP-CAM also a camera with infrared light; the ZVP-WOCAM is the same unit without the camera^[1]. Calls are answered on the Zennio touch panels Z50, Z70 v2 and Z100^[2], where video intercom needs a separate licence^[3]^[4]^[5].

The board carries an RJ-45 10/100 socket with Auto-MDIX, the IN1 input, the active OUT1 output, an NO/NC relay and an earth terminal against electrostatic discharge problems^[1]. IN1 takes a dry contact or a voltage: 0 is open or above 1.5 V DC, 1 is closed or below 1.5 V^[1]. The lock runs on the relay or the electric output, chosen in the settings, in Normal mode (the door opens when the output is activated) or Inverted mode (when it is deactivated)^[6]. Power: PoE 802.3af or a 12 V DC / 2 A supply^[1].

The board also has a reset button and yellow, red and green LEDs^[1]. A 30-second press restores the factory settings, as does Reset Configuration to Default State in the web interface^[6]. Buttons, keypad, display and readers connect over the GetFace bus, up to 7 m long and never spliced, and Zennio recommends securing the microphone with its screw against vibration^[1]^[6].
