ZENNIO Access Control: section overview
This section brings together 13 models of the Zennio IWAC access-control system. The IWAC Display v3, with a 2.4″ OLED display, is wall-mounted indoors (IP20, +5 to +45 °C). The outdoor IWAC Out and IWAC Out Keypad are IP56 and IK07 rated, operate from −25 to +55 °C, support KNX Data Secure and come in white and anthracite. IWAC Display v3 and IWAC Out open the door via Bluetooth and NFC and work as part of a system with Z-Access integration; they have no standalone mode. IWAC Out Keypad works standalone and stores up to 99 access codes. Versions with and without a doorbell function exist only for IWAC Out. The actuation side comprises the IWAC secured relay, 24 V DC/AC electromagnetic strikes, a fire-resistant EI200 strike and strike cover plates; power comes from a 24 V DC, 0.75 A supply. The section also includes NFC cards and a card programmer.

What is needed to lock the door?
Add the IWAC secured relay and an electric strike to the controller: the section offers 24 V DC/AC electromagnetic strikes, a fire-resistant EI200 version and strike cover plates with rounded or square edges, for left- and right-hand doors. IWAC Display v3 talks to the Securel v3 secured relay (ZIOSECV3) over an encrypted link, while IWAC Out and IWAC Out Keypad use KNX Data Secure.
How are the texts on the IWAC Display v3 screen set up?
In ETS, in the device parameters. The room is identified by a number or by a two-line name, and both can also be changed over the bus through objects. Separate parameters enable the messages shown when a card is read — access granted, access denied, access granted in Do Not Disturb or in an occupied room, each with two lines of text — and a welcome message. The room state icons are enabled the same way: a lock for Do Not Disturb and a cleaning icon, a person or a broom, for Make Up Room.
