ZENNIO Energy Efficiency: section overview
This section groups 10 models for resource metering in a KNX system. The 4-channel KCI module reads meters with pulse S0 outputs. KES Plus measures the main electrical parameters, power and energy in a 3-phase installation with neutral or in three single-phase installations. KEM estimates the consumption of electricity (up to 3 circuits), water (up to 4 channels) and heat (up to 2 energy modules); active-power estimation accuracy with a Zennio transformer is 5 %. The 60, 120 and 600 A current transformers are for KES Plus; KEM uses the 60 A transformer (ZN1AC-CST60). The hydraulic side is covered by 1/2″ and 3/4″ water-flow sensors with built-in temperature probes, pipe nipples in the same sizes and a spare temperature sensor. Metering data enters the KNX bus: it is shown on Zennio panels, used in energy-saving logic and passed to supervision systems.
